Role Overview

nara is building an AI-native agent platform for IT support, customer care, and process automation, helping companies make their support and operational processes faster, more scalable, and more intelligent. We're looking for a Head of Sales to build our internal B2B sales engine, acquire customers directly, and evolve our sales process from founder-led sales to a scalable setup.

This role is particularly exciting for professionals who bring an established network in the IT industry, such as connections to system integrators, MSPs, IT service providers, or IT decision-makers in companies with internal IT support teams. You'll work directly with the founders to shape the commercial foundation of nara while operating at the intersection of AI, IT, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop B2B sales processes in collaboration with founders
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through discovery, demo, and closing
  • Conduct qualified initial conversations, demos, proposal processes, and negotiations independently
  • Leverage existing network to accelerate relevant customer conversations
  • Refine ICP, positioning, pricing, and sales messaging with the team
  • Implement CRM structures, sales stages, reporting, and forecasting systems
  • Collect market feedback and translate it into improved pitches, arguments, and sales materials
  • Help build reliable reference customers and a predictable pipeline

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in B2B SaaS or complex tech sales
  • Proven track record of leading and closing deals independently
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles in mid-market or enterprise environments
  • Structured, entrepreneurial, and hands-on working approach
  • Expertise in discovery, needs assessment, ROI argumentation, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent German and solid English language skills

  • Strong network in the IT industry, particularly with system integrators, MSPs, IT service providers, or internal IT/support managers
