Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn and email
Manage follow-ups and track all outreach activity in CRM system
Generate qualified conversations with prospective clients
Book meetings between prospects and sales team
Maintain organized records of all lead generation activities

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Comfortable conducting outreach and managing follow-ups
Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems

Nice to Have

Previous experience with LinkedIn prospecting
Background in B2B sales or lead generation
Familiarity with email marketing tools
