Role Overview

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Generation Account Manager to oversee strategic relationships with third-party vendors who drive traffic and sales to our home improvement business. This role combines vendor management, performance optimization, and strategic growth initiatives to maximize cost-effective revenue generation.

As the Lead Generation Account Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing new lead partners, negotiating contracts up to $100,000 in monthly advertising spend, and managing end-to-end partner relationships. You'll monitor campaign performance across all branches and product categories while continuously refining lead generation models to drive scalability and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify new lead generation partners and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts with monthly advertising spend up to $100,000
  • Manage end-to-end relationships with third-party lead generation vendors
  • Monitor campaign performance across all branches and product categories
  • Optimize lead generation models for scalability and expansion
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives to maximize cost-effective revenue generation
  • Analyze vendor performance and implement improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with third-party lead generation agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability taking ownership of critical team objectives related to lead generation and pipeline creation
  • Experience with funnel efficiency and ROI metrics to drive scalability
  • Experience managing and optimizing lead flows within ActiveProspect (TrustedForm & LeadConduit)
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
