Role Overview

Join Qohash as an AI Automation Software Developer and help build the foundational pillar of Canada's digital sovereignty. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating AI-powered automations that transform how our cybersecurity company operates, scales, and delivers results.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where AI is core to everything we do, building intelligent workflows and tools that optimize marketing operations and accelerate go-to-market execution. As part of our mission-driven team, you'll collaborate across marketing, product, and security teams to design automations that remove bottlenecks and multiply impact. You'll have the freedom to rapidly prototype, experiment with cutting-edge GenAI technologies, and deliver solutions in days or weeks rather than months.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate marketing operations
Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems
Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to automate generation of branded documents and marketing assets
Research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash's AI automation roadmap
Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows with fast delivery cycles
Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk by embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote AI-first engineering culture

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in software development (Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang)
Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows
Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (Claude Agent SDK, LangChain)
Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor)
Proven ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
Demonstrated capability to deliver outcomes at speed

Nice to Have

Bilingual (English/French)
Based in Quebec
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience in marketing or go-to-market, brand, and content operations
Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding portfolio
Cybersecurity awareness or best-practice knowledge
