Role Overview

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to join our cybersecurity team focused on high-consequence environments. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI-driven automation systems that streamline complex business processes and support mission-critical operations.

As an AI Automation Specialist, you'll work with advanced technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Postal tools. You'll architect solutions in hybrid on-premises Windows/Unix/Linux and cloud environments, collaborating closely with CISO Security and CIO teams to deliver automation that ensures data integrity and accuracy.

This position combines technical expertise in system architecture and workflow design with hands-on development using AI/ML libraries, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools like Splunk, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Tools.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk
Analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine optimal automation solutions using Postal tools
Write and update code, build custom scripts, and integrate AI models into existing infrastructure
Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability
Collaborate with IT and CISO stakeholders to define KPIs and align automation with organizational goals
Maintain and support automation systems including off-hours and weekend efforts when needed
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across automated workflows
Support mission-critical operations through reliable automation solutions

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT/cybersecurity with 3+ years specifically in automation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 10 years equivalent experience)
Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R
Experience with AI/ML libraries and low-code/no-code tools
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, and ServiceNow
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms
US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status

Nice to Have

AI and machine learning expertise
Ability to analyze large datasets and uncover patterns for process optimization
Experience troubleshooting complex data ingestion and parsing issues
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
Experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
