Responsibilities

Define and execute the organization's AI and automation strategy
Act as strategic partner to go-to-market leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities
Design and deploy AI-driven workflows using tools such as n8n and other automation platforms
Build and iterate rapid prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Translate AI market trends into actionable automation strategies and scalable playbooks
Drive organizational change by embedding automation into daily workflows and operations
Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for sustainable automation initiatives
Bridge strategic advisory and technical execution to deliver measurable business impact

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up
Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Claude, or similar tools)
Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and refine underlying logic and processes
Hands-on mindset with proven ability to build and deploy automation solutions
Strong analytical skills with ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
Entrepreneurial 'builder' mindset with ownership of end-to-end project delivery
Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to present to executive stakeholders
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
