Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the organization's AI and automation strategy
  • Act as strategic partner to go-to-market leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities
  • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows using tools such as n8n and other automation platforms
  • Build and iterate rapid prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Translate AI market trends into actionable automation strategies and scalable playbooks
  • Drive organizational change by embedding automation into daily workflows and operations
  • Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for sustainable automation initiatives
  • Bridge strategic advisory and technical execution to deliver measurable business impact

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Claude, or similar tools)
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and refine underlying logic and processes
  • Hands-on mindset with proven ability to build and deploy automation solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Entrepreneurial 'builder' mindset with ownership of end-to-end project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to present to executive stakeholders
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
