Role Overview

Join a fast-paced, innovative staffing agency that connects top international talent with leading US companies as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for converting inbound leads into high-value sales opportunities while driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and automation.

Working closely with BDR and AE teams, you'll manage the entire lead pipeline from initial contact to qualified opportunity. This position offers excellent career advancement potential, with opportunities to progress to Account Executive, Sales Operations, or Management roles within 3-5 years.

This is a fully remote position supporting US-based clients, requiring availability during US business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST). The role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly engage and qualify inbound leads, scheduling calls with the sales team
  • Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to expand the sales pipeline
  • Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture leads
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct outreach
  • Proactively follow up with leads to maintain engagement and schedule meetings
  • Handle no-show leads professionally, addressing concerns and rescheduling calls
  • Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot CRM system
  • Report on performance metrics through CRM and Google Sheets
  • Leverage sales tools like Apollo and Instantly for lead prospecting and automation
  • Continuously implement new strategies to increase meeting bookings and pipeline flow

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email automation tools like HubSpot, Instantly, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and online sales tools
  • Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST time zone
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and follow-ups
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
