Role Overview

Join Jobbatical as an Outbound Marketing & Automation Specialist and take ownership of our enterprise lead generation engine. You'll be the architect of sophisticated automation workflows that connect with HR leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies, using cutting-edge AI and custom-built solutions rather than off-the-shelf tools.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic marketing, where you'll leverage Make.com/Zapier integrations and Claude AI to create hyper-personalized outreach campaigns at scale. You'll own the entire outbound motion from workflow design to sales handoff, ensuring our carefully crafted messages reach the right decision-makers and drive meaningful pipeline growth.

Working with a lean, highly customized tech stack, you'll engineer bespoke automation solutions that deliver superior results while maintaining the highest standards of email deliverability and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead outbound campaigns targeting HR executives at companies with 500-5000+ employees
  • Build complex automation workflows using Make.com and Zapier to orchestrate multi-channel outreach
  • Utilize Claude AI via API to generate hyper-personalized, context-aware outreach content at scale
  • Manage email infrastructure, domain setup, inbox warming, and deliverability compliance
  • Build automated CRM integration and lead routing systems for seamless sales handoffs
  • Own and optimize key metrics including pipeline generated, open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked
  • Run A/B tests and analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance
  • Maintain sender reputation and ensure messages land in primary inboxes

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience building complex workflows with Make.com and/or Zapier
  • Strong expertise working with Webhooks and APIs
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering for LLMs, specifically Claude
  • Technical knowledge of email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and high-volume sending
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization
  • Builder's mentality with preference for custom API solutions over off-the-shelf tools
  • Ability to analyze metrics and pivot strategies based on data rather than intuition

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to or marketing to Mid-Market/Enterprise HR leaders
  • Understanding of HR pain points and decision-making processes
  • Early adopter of AI tools and technologies
  • Background in B2B outbound sales or marketing
