Role Overview

As a global, 100% remote fintech with distributed teams across 10+ countries, we integrate security as a core product feature, not an afterthought.

We're seeking a CRM Automation Specialist to drive strategic lifecycle marketing through advanced automation and data-driven optimization. You'll co-design lifecycle strategies, implement sophisticated automated journeys, and maintain scalable CRM infrastructure that directly impacts user activation, retention, and engagement across our growing user base.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact technical challenges while building bridges between families and democratizing financial services for millions of people across Latin America.

Responsibilities

Co-design lifecycle strategy and roadmap for activation, retention, frequency, and reactivation
Build, scale, and optimize automated journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and winback
Maintain scalable and coherent CRM infrastructure across all teams
Create and configure high-impact automated flows and A/B tests
Design advanced behavioral segmentation based on transactions, geography, and funnel stage
Analyze lifecycle performance metrics including activation, retention, churn, and engagement
Coordinate with Data and Product teams to validate event tracking and triggers
Document all active flows including logic, audience, objectives, and metrics
Generate actionable reports for Growth, Product, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in CRM, automation, or lifecycle marketing with strategic impact
Senior individual contributor profile: autonomous, organized, with strategic thinking beyond execution
Strong analytical capabilities and strategic sensitivity
Clear communication skills aligned with warm, direct, and simple messaging
Experimentation mindset with focus on hypothesis development and continuous improvement
Experience with advanced segmentation and database governance
Ability to translate strategic decisions into clear technical configurations
Experience designing and optimizing automated marketing flows

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech or financial services
Background working with international or LATAM markets
Experience with migration or remittance user journeys
Advanced A/B testing and experimentation experience
