Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to drive business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role is critical to expanding our sales pipeline and generating qualified leads that directly impact revenue.

You will work closely with the sales team to engage prospects through multiple channels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your communication and research skills while contributing to measurable business outcomes in a collaborative virtual team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, and other outreach channels
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, establishing relationships and identifying opportunities
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team to support revenue growth
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter
  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to start immediately and willingness to work night shifts (PH time)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or GHL
