The Senior Manager of Marketing Automation & Customer Lifecycle will lead the strategic development and execution of customer relationship initiatives across the full lifecycle - from acquisition to retention and loyalty. This role is pivotal in defining the strategy for marketing communication through driving personalized engagement, optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and aligning lifecycle marketing with business goals.
This position focuses on delivering personalized communication to all customers through the most appropriate channel depending on their specific stage in the customer journey. You'll oversee the email channel, guide SMS contact strategy, and instill high velocity, insight-driven testing and optimization to accelerate lifecycle performance.
Working in a fully remote environment, you'll lead and inspire a team while partnering with Brand & Creative teams to enhance lifecycle marketing creative, copy and content. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in customer engagement while maintaining platform excellence and data best practices.
