Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a B2B Lead Generation Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining valuable business relationships through professional telephone outreach. This remote freelance position focuses on lead qualification, data enrichment, and appointment setting rather than direct sales.

You'll work with pre-selected databases, existing clients, and online leads to conduct high-quality telephone conversations that inform, assess, and generate interest. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across various industries while contributing to sustainable client relationships in a flexible, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Contact businesses by telephone to inform, assess needs, and generate interest
Work with pre-selected databases, former clients, existing customers, and online leads
Conduct quality telephone conversations to verify data and enrich customer information
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
Build and maintain sustainable client relationships
Think in solutions rather than excuses when facing challenges
Work independently while contributing to team objectives

Requirements

Minimum 20 hours per week availability
Strong social and telephone communication skills
Excellent command of Dutch language, both verbal and written
Good knowledge of English, French, German, Italian, or Spanish
Flexible, stress-resistant, and results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently
Proactive attitude with initiative to take action

Nice to Have

French language proficiency
Previous telemarketing or B2B experience
Knowledge of multiple European languages
