Role Overview

Join Graphwise as a Marketing Automation Manager and play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and client retention through data-driven marketing strategies. You'll manage sophisticated marketing automation platforms, creating and optimizing workflows that maximize lead generation and conversion across our global B2B operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and knowledge graph technologies while collaborating with an international team of over 200 professionals. You'll be at the forefront of marketing innovation, leveraging automation tools to support enterprise AI adoption and semantic technology solutions.

As the owner of marketing data and automation processes, you'll directly impact business growth by implementing advanced lead scoring, segmentation strategies, and integrated demand generation campaigns that span multiple channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and maintain the company's leads database
  • Develop and manage lead scoring mechanisms and qualification processes
  • Create and optimize workflows for lead conversion, enrichment, and customer management
  • Serve as primary contact for marketing automation support across teams
  • Support sales, product, and other departments with marketing automation platform needs
  • Analyze automation and email campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI
  • Maintain database hygiene and implement effective segmentation strategies
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing automation platforms

Requirements

  • Administration-level skills in CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoominfo, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM laws, GDPR, and email marketing compliance
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B marketing best practices for global campaigns
  • Strong understanding of integrated demand generation across multiple channels
  • Experience with lead nurturing, segmentation, and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, HubSpot Analytics, or BI tools)
  • Knowledge of content creation, list management, and targeting strategies
