As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll play a crucial role in connecting patients with life-changing Omnipod® insulin management systems - tubeless, wearable devices that empower people with diabetes to take control of their health.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the inside sales team, working directly with patients who are interested in revolutionary diabetes care solutions. You'll serve as the vital link between marketing efforts and our sales team, helping to guide prospective patients through their journey toward better diabetes management.

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on people's lives while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients who have expressed interest in the OmniPod System
Handle inbound calls from patients generated through physicians' offices and marketing programs
Introduce sales team processes to prospective patients
Apply product knowledge to answer customer inquiries about OmniPod and competitive comparisons
Generate sales qualified leads by converting marketing generated leads
Move prospects through the sales cycle within agreed upon timeframes
Collaborate with sales team to ensure successful transfer of qualified leads

Requirements

Associate's degree (minimum requirement)
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship building abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Manual dexterity for computer keyboard use
Ability to sit and stand in normal office environment

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Spanish fluency
Experience with medical software (EMR/PM)
Experience working in a medical practice
Salesforce/CRM competency
