Join Actian's 2026 Summer Internship Program as a Conversational AI & Agentic Support Automation Intern, where you'll work on cutting-edge AI technology to transform customer support experiences. This role focuses on enhancing customer support infrastructure using AI within Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, implementing Agentforce as an intelligence layer behind existing chatbot technology.
You'll be working on an exciting capstone project that integrates Agentforce into the Customer Community to create a more intelligent support system. Instead of replacing the existing chatbot, you'll empower it by enabling customers to interact using natural language and perform real actions such as viewing cases, checking updates, and escalating issues. This 12-week program includes structured learning plans, dedicated mentorship, executive interactions, and the opportunity to present your work at an Internship Showcase.
