Role Overview

The Sr Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics owns Henry Schein One's marketing automation ecosystem and analytics framework, reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing. This role ensures Adobe Marketo and ABM platforms operate at best-in-class standards while designing robust data flows to and from Salesforce.

This position partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, measurable programs across email, advertising, events, nurture, and personalization. The role establishes data governance and validation processes, leverages AI to enhance workflows and lead scoring, and delivers attribution models and performance analytics that optimize content and drive pipeline conversion.

The ideal candidate will manage complex marketing technology integrations, mentor team members, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns based on comprehensive analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own administration and operational excellence of Adobe Marketo and ABM platforms
  • Design and maintain complex workflows between Marketo and Salesforce for lead lifecycle optimization
  • Manage marketing data infrastructure ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Develop and maintain attribution models and campaign performance dashboards
  • Partner with RevOps and BizOps teams to architect integrations supporting data workflows
  • Build, QA, and launch marketing programs including email, advertising, nurtures, and events
  • Leverage AI for automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and predictive analysis
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and content
  • Provide training and documentation to drive adoption of best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools aligned to roadmap

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing technology experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years hands-on Adobe Marketo administration with certification required
  • Salesforce integration expertise
  • Experience managing ABM platforms and account-level targeting programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling
  • Experience with dashboard development tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI)
  • Experience with AI-enabled automation and predictive analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements
