Role Overview

Join Netwrix's Cyber Future Summer Internship program as a Lead Generation Intern and help build a safer digital future. This hands-on, project-driven program offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and customers to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges while taking ownership of meaningful initiatives that improve how leads are managed, tracked, and converted across the business.

As a Revenue Operations Intern, you'll be embedded in a team from day one with a clearly defined project and expected to deliver measurable outcomes by the end of the program. This role focuses on identifying gaps in follow-up processes, analyzing performance data, and driving improvements across sales and marketing workflows - providing excellent exposure to revenue operations, data analysis, sales processes, and SaaS go-to-market strategy.

This is a remote-first paid internship running from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026, with occasional travel required for team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Support tracking and improvement of lead follow-up processes
  • Monitor dashboards and alerts to identify leads not contacted within SLA timelines
  • Categorize and analyze reasons for missed SLAs
  • Collaborate with SDR/BDR teams to prioritize follow-up efforts
  • Maintain dashboards and support reporting on lead and pipeline metrics
  • Analyze trends and identify bottlenecks in the lead management process
  • Share insights with sales and marketing leadership
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, enablement)
  • Support solutions such as training, content, or targeted campaigns
  • Recommend improvements to increase speed-to-lead and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on data quality
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for basic analysis and reporting
  • Goal- and outcome-focused approach
