Role Overview

Join a leading marketing agency specializing in tele-based demand generation as a Dutch Pre-sales Lead Generation specialist in Madrid. With a team of over 350 experts, we deliver qualified, sales-ready leads for some of the world's leading IT companies including Oracle and SAP.

In this role, you'll work in a dynamic, high-outreach environment using multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct calls to identify and nurture potential B2B clients. You'll be responsible for moving prospects from initial cold outreach through to sales-ready meetings and demonstrations, working with established enterprise brands that already have strong market recognition.

Responsibilities

Convert cold leads into qualified prospects ready for sales meetings and demonstrations
Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct calls
Identify potential fit between prospects and software solutions from major IT brands
Nurture B2B client relationships from initial contact through to sales-ready status
Work with enterprise clients including Oracle and SAP
Manage lead qualification process for software solutions

Requirements

Native Dutch speaker
Fluent in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-volume outreach environment
Experience working with people in customer-facing roles

Nice to Have

1-2 years of sales experience
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles
Experience with B2B lead generation
Familiarity with IT/software industry
