In this position, you'll drive innovation in campaign execution processes while establishing marketing automation standards across the department. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, and Field Marketing to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, making it perfect for a seasoned marketing automation professional ready to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Optimization Managers, fostering excellence and professional development
  • Standardize and optimize marketing automation processes and QA procedures for campaign delivery
  • Analyze and refine marketing automation strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices
  • Manage flows and infrastructure for current and future nurture programs
  • Establish and monitor performance benchmarks for deliverability, engagement, and ROI
  • Serve as strategic liaison between Marketing Operations and cross-functional departments
  • Collaborate with Business Technology teams to optimize marketing channels and functions
  • Act as primary point of contact for external agencies and marketing technology vendors
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors to assess performance against SLAs
  • Assist in contract negotiations and monitor vendor spend for budget efficiency

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing automation with track record of leading complex initiatives
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated expertise with Marketo and Salesforce platforms
  • Experience supporting sophisticated automation implementations
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation programs and nurture campaigns
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing third-party software vendors and agency partners
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Robust problem-solving skills and business acumen paired with technical proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau or Sigma
  • Experience in outbound marketing campaigns
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
