Role Overview

Join TD SYNNEX as a Lead Generation Coordinator where you'll play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives and supporting product sales growth through strategic campaign management. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse business partners and vendors while coordinating marketing lead generation campaigns that directly impact business success.

You'll serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring campaign deliverables meet quality standards and legal requirements. This role combines campaign coordination, data management, and relationship building in a dynamic environment that supports the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage marketing lead generation campaigns with business partners under vendor brand manager guidance
Coordinate with external suppliers for campaign execution activities
Input, track, and monitor leads and opportunities for comprehensive reporting
Follow up with resellers on scheduled appointments to collect and document lead feedback
Address lead qualification concerns with third-party suppliers
Provide regular campaign progress updates to business stakeholders
Review campaign reporting from third-party suppliers and update internal systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaign initiatives
Answer questions and address concerns from internal stakeholders and vendor brands

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
0-1 years of relevant work experience
Fluency in Portuguese and other local/regional languages
Basic data entry skills and mathematical calculation abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively
Capability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency
Ability to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines
Proficiency with relevant computer systems and applications at basic level
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology

Experience with marketing campaign management

Previous experience working with business partners or vendors
