Role Overview

Join Quadient's demand generation team as a Lead Generation Representative and play a crucial role in driving growth for our software and digital communications solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with our Mail Related Services segment, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while supporting our Field Sales team.

You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on connecting businesses with automation solutions that unlock operational efficiency. This role combines high-volume outbound calling with strategic relationship building, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while contributing to meaningful business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make 120-140 outbound calls daily to meet targets
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities in Mail Related Services segment
  • Support Field Sales team with qualified leads and appointments
  • Use data insights to improve performance and campaign results
  • Provide feedback to managers and collaborate across teams
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to set qualified appointments

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Proven experience making 100+ outbound calls daily
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones
  • U.S.-based location required
