Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with strong expertise in Playwright and browser automation to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline business processes and integrate seamlessly with third-party systems across multiple industries including entertainment, financial, and logistics sectors.

As a self-driven individual contributor, you'll work with minimal supervision while collaborating with expansive engineering teams across Latin America and the United States. You'll leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and contribute to cutting-edge developments that drive business transformation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows across web platforms
Build browser automation solutions using Playwright
Integrate automation systems with third-party APIs and RESTful services
Develop and maintain RPA solutions that streamline business processes
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate project delivery
Debug and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with engineering teams across Latin America and the United States
Maintain high code quality standards and follow software development best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an RPA Developer or Automation Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for browser automation
Proven experience building end-to-end automation workflows across web platforms
Experience integrating with third-party APIs (RESTful services)
Proficiency in TypeScript
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (code generation, testing assistants, etc.)
Strong understanding of software development best practices and version control
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities

Nice to Have

Background in integration-heavy domains (insurance, fintech, SaaS)
Experience with other RPA tools
Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments
