Role Overview

Join a growing marketing agency as an AI Automation Engineer and transform internal processes through intelligent automation and AI integration. You'll work directly with leadership to identify automation opportunities across sales, project management, content creation, and back-office operations. Responsibilities

Analyze existing agency workflows and identify processes suitable for AI and automation optimization
Develop, implement, and maintain automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar platforms
Connect various tools and platforms via APIs, webhooks, databases, and interfaces to ensure reliable data flow
Build internal AI workflows for sales, project management, reporting, content creation, recruiting, and back-office operations
Test and evaluate new AI models, tools, and agent setups for practical business implementation
Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions for long-term scalability and maintenance
Support team adoption of new digital processes and ensure proper daily usage
Develop custom solutions when low-code tools reach their limitations
Contribute to the development of new AI solutions and potential SaaS products

Requirements

Practical experience with process automation tools, ideally n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and models like ChatGPT, Claude, and other current AI systems
Understanding of technical fundamentals including APIs, webhooks, JSON, and interface logic
Ability to work independently, structured approach, and solution-oriented mindset
Quick learner with enthusiasm for exploring new tools and systems
Passion for making processes more efficient and implementing real solutions
Demonstrated ability to deliver practical results, not just planning

Nice to Have

Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom solution development
Degree or training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or IT
Previous professional experience in automation or AI implementation
Portfolio of built workflows, automations, tools, or GitHub projects
