Join a dynamic role as a HubSpot Specialist focused on email marketing and automation for a global logistics and freight forwarding provider. You'll be responsible for managing comprehensive email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows that support both marketing and sales initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge logistics technology while developing sophisticated email cadences and automation sequences. You'll collaborate closely with sales teams to align campaigns with buyer behavior patterns and optimize communication of shipping information to prospects and clients worldwide.

Working remotely from LATAM, you'll play a crucial role in supporting demand generation and customer lifecycle management through strategic email marketing and workflow automation using HubSpot's advanced capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, set up, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to support demand generation and customer lifecycle workflows
Build and maintain automated email sequences and CRM workflows aligned with buyer behavior and structured follow-up processes
Ensure accurate and professional communication of shipping and logistics information through well-crafted email campaigns
Collaborate directly with the sales team to integrate email outreach with lead qualification and pipeline progression
Monitor campaign performance and refine sequences to improve engagement and conversion outcomes
Manage CRM workflows and reporting within marketing and sales environment
Translate operational or service-related information into clear client-facing communication

Requirements

Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns and workflows using HubSpot (non-negotiable)
Strong email copywriting skills with understanding of campaign cadence strategy
Experience managing CRM workflows and reporting within a marketing and sales environment
Ability to translate operational or service-related information into clear client-facing communication
Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
Full-time availability aligned with EST schedule
Located in LATAM region
