Role Overview

Join a successful independent esthetics practice as a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, supporting a dedicated skin therapist who has been serving clients since 2015. This remote position offers the opportunity to drive business growth through strategic digital marketing and lead generation initiatives in the thriving beauty and wellness industry.

As a key member of the team, you'll take ownership of comprehensive marketing campaigns, from social media management to paid advertising, while creating compelling content that resonates with potential clients. This role is perfect for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in an independent work environment and is passionate about the esthetics and wellness space.

Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads using Buffer or similar tools
Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns
Generate and nurture inbound leads without cold calling
Create blog posts, podcasts, and e-books to support content marketing
Write marketing copy for ads, emails, websites, and case studies
Create and manage forms, documents, and case studies
Support additional operational and organizational tasks as needed

Requirements

C1 English level proficiency required
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management
Hands-on experience with paid ads and marketing platforms
Strong copywriting skills for marketing and promotional materials
Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Available to work 40 hours per week during EST business hours

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the beauty, spa, esthetics, or wellness industry
Experience with Buffer or similar social media management tools
