Role Overview

Join CSG as an AI & Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in building cutting-edge AI solutions that transform how enterprises leverage artificial intelligence. This position combines strong software engineering foundations with hands-on experience across modern AI platforms, including Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and AWS Bedrock.

You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, building and optimizing AI agents, implementing advanced RAG patterns and prompt engineering, and creating seamless integrations between enterprise data sources and AI platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest AI technologies while developing scalable, maintainable solutions that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, and optimize AI agents across Glean, Copilot, and AWS Bedrock platforms
Implement RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and structured output workflows
Integrate enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dynamics, Confluence, ADO, Fabric) into AI solutions
Develop and maintain reusable components, APIs, and automation modules for AI-driven use cases
Write clean, maintainable code using modern programming languages
Design and develop microservices, APIs, and serverless functions to support AI and automation workflows
Build automations using enterprise tools such as Power Automate and custom APIs
Follow engineering best practices including CI/CD, version control, unit testing, and documentation
Implement and maintain integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
3–5 years of experience in software engineering, automation development, or AI engineering
Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise AI platforms: Glean AI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent LLM frameworks
Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, Go, etc.)
Experience building APIs, integrating data sources, and working with cloud services (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and deliver high-quality solutions
