Role Overview

Join WFS Group as an AI Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how our high-performance RevOps agency operates. You'll be responsible for identifying and implementing AI-driven automations that power our enterprise-grade revenue engines and selling systems.

This is a highly execution-oriented role where you'll build practical AI agents and workflows that support day-to-day operations across our organization. Working with cutting-edge platforms like OpenClaw, you'll deploy solutions that dramatically improve speed, consistency, and scalability across teams.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy AI agents to automate internal WFS workflows
Implement automations using established AI and integration tools
Maintain and optimize existing workflows for reliability and performance
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact automation use cases
Document workflows and automation logic clearly
Monitor automation outcomes and suggest improvements
Translate defined business processes into working AI solutions
Ship, test, and refine live workflows continuously

Requirements

Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations or workflows
Proficiency with no-code or low-code automation platforms
Advanced experience with AI models like Claude, Manus, and other AI platforms
Experience with OpenClaw platform and AI agent development
Ability to translate business processes into working AI solutions
Strong execution focus with ability to work independently
Experience shipping and iterating on live automation workflows
Comfortable working in fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Nice to Have

Experience in RevOps or sales automation environments
Background in SaaS or alternative education verticals
Experience with enterprise-grade automation implementations
Track record of delivering measurable business impact through automation
