Role Overview

Join a leading global investment management firm as an RPA Developer in their Vilnius office, where you'll drive process automation initiatives across key business functions. As an RPA Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation solutions that streamline business operations. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT team members to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using industry-leading RPA tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Build and maintain bots using RPA platforms
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope
Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of automation solutions in production environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in deployed bots, ensuring minimal disruption
Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks

Requirements

Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar automation-focused role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in English in a cross-functional environment

Nice to Have

Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Python, or VB.NET)
Familiarity with integrating systems such as APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
Knowledge of SQL and data handling
