AdPrime, Newsweek's rapidly growing health platform and ad exchange, is seeking a Lead Generation Campaign Manager to drive operational excellence across our core revenue-generating lead generation business. This role sits at the center of our demand-side ecosystem, managing the complete campaign lifecycle from RFP response through performance reporting while working directly with healthcare professionals (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
You'll own three critical workflows: RFP pipeline management, landing page operations, and daily campaign pacing optimization. This position offers the opportunity to build scalable systems and processes while working closely with the Director of Lead Generation to shape product strategy and drive business growth in the health media space.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment managing 10+ concurrent campaigns, building landing pages, optimizing performance, and maintaining strong relationships with media partners. You'll have direct impact on revenue delivery and the chance to grow into senior leadership roles as the business expands into new verticals.
