Role Overview

Join UniFirst as a French Bilingual Lead Generation Specialist and play a crucial role in expanding our reach to French-speaking markets. In this remote position, you'll serve as the vital first point of contact between UniFirst and prospective French-speaking customers, helping to drive business growth through strategic outbound calling and appointment setting.

As part of our sales support team, you'll leverage your bilingual skills to identify qualified prospects, assess their needs, and connect them with our Outside Sales Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships, showcase UniFirst's industry-leading uniform and garment services, and directly contribute to our continued expansion across North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound phone calls to prospective French-speaking customers
Clearly communicate thorough knowledge of UniFirst products to potential customers
Place a minimum number of business-to-business calls per day to prospective customers
Set a minimum number of appointments per day for Outside Sales Representatives
Qualify prospects to determine if they meet UniFirst's new business requirements
Create excellent first impressions and build quick phone rapport with key individuals
Probe for pain points and growth opportunities during prospect conversations
Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Team
Send emails to Sales Representatives once appointments are scheduled

Requirements

Verbal and written fluency in English and French required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
Mastery of multi-line phones and office equipment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice to Have

Prior phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
CRM software experience
