Role Overview

Join our Customer Service Representative team as a Lead Generation Agent in this fully remote position. You'll play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and supporting insurance agents by generating high-quality leads through inbound call handling and online inquiry management.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic team focused on customer engagement and lead conversion. You'll utilize your communication skills to verify customer information, answer inquiries, and help drive business growth through effective lead generation activities.

Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of incoming calls from an auto dialer system
Respond to customer online inquiries regarding applications
Work alongside insurance agents to help generate leads
Ask series of questions to verify customer application information
Maintain professional phone and email communication with customers
Process and qualify leads for insurance agents
Document customer interactions and application details

Requirements

1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience in appointment setting, retention, or lead generation
Professional phone and email etiquette skills
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Cannot reside in CA, OR, WA, or Texas
