Role Overview

Join vialytics as a Revenue Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how cities manage road infrastructure through AI-powered solutions. You'll be at the heart of our global GTM and RevOps organization, taking full ownership of automation and AI-driven operations while supporting our wider revenue stack across multiple regions.

This role offers the unique opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge operational processes, build AI agents and automated workflows, and maintain our core Salesforce architecture. You'll work in a dynamic, multicultural scale-up environment where you can make real impact from day one, supporting our ambitious international growth plans as we continue scaling across Europe and the U.S.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and own end-to-end operational processes ensuring seamless data flow across the revenue stack
Maintain the general health and architecture of the core Salesforce instance
Build and extend Salesforce integrations as business needs evolve
Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual effort across revenue teams
Automate data enrichment, reporting, and process orchestration workflows
Oversee general RevOps maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
Scope and build new technical solutions to support changing business needs
Execute on unified roadmaps within structured team environments

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in RevOps or SalesOps within a SaaS/B2B environment
Strong Salesforce expertise (mandatory)
Strong ability to execute on unified roadmaps
Ability to work effectively within structured team environments
Alignment with company values
Fluency in English

Nice to Have

Experience with AI tools and agents (prompt engineering, LLM integrations)
Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
Experience with APIs
German language skills
