Role Overview

As a Business Analyst for Agentisierung & AI Automation at Omnora, you'll build the leverage that makes our execution faster than the market through intelligent automation. You'll identify processes and decision points with the highest business impact and translate them into agent-based workflows and AI-powered automation that actually works: reliable, measurable, and scalable.

You're not a traditional reporting analyst - you're a business translator with ownership. You'll prioritize use cases by impact, model data and processes, define success criteria, and take AI agents from proof-of-concept to production. You'll also handle classic business analyst responsibilities including insights generation, KPI systems, forecasting, process optimization, business cases, and stakeholder alignment.

In essence, you transform complexity into clarity and clarity into automated results, working closely with leadership in a high-performance environment focused on knowledge and AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Identify high-ROI processes for agentisierung and define agent-based workflows with measurable impact
Build and prioritize pipeline of AI/automation use cases based on impact, risk, implementation effort, and dependencies
Translate business problems into precise requirements including inputs, rules, guardrails, and outputs
Define autonomous agent boundaries, human intervention points, and error handling/escalation procedures
Develop and deploy AI agents from concept to production
Build KPI systems, dashboards, and data models that enable team steering and decision-making
Standardize processes, documentation, SLAs, and tooling around analytics and agentisierung
Lead workshops, clarify trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders on decisions
Ensure operational excellence through repeatable systems rather than heroic efforts

Requirements

3+ years experience in Business Analysis, Ops/RevOps, Product Analytics, Consulting, or data-driven scale-up environment
Strong proficiency in KPIs, SQL/BI logic, data modeling, cause-effect analysis, and measurement concepts
Workflow thinking with understanding of responsibilities, exceptions, and guardrails
Understanding of LLMs/AI agents in production (constraints, hallucinations, evaluation, logging, prompting, tools/actions)
Ability to write requirements, specs, and decision documents for engineering and leadership
End-to-end ownership mindset with strong prioritization and delivery capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to challenge constructively and create alignment
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

Background in ML/AI engineering concepts
