Responsibilities

  • Develop, set up, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to support demand generation and customer lifecycle workflows
  • Build and maintain automated email sequences and CRM workflows aligned with buyer behavior and structured follow-up processes
  • Ensure accurate and professional communication of shipping and logistics information through well-crafted email campaigns
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to integrate email outreach with lead qualification and pipeline progression
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine sequences to improve engagement and conversion outcomes
  • Create structured email cadences that align with buyer behavior patterns
  • Optimize follow-up effectiveness within the logistics environment
  • Maintain CRM workflows and reporting within the marketing and sales ecosystem

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns and workflows using HubSpot (non-negotiable)
  • Strong email copywriting skills with understanding of campaign cadence strategy
  • Experience managing CRM workflows and reporting within a marketing and sales environment
  • Ability to translate operational or service-related information into clear client-facing communication
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
  • Full-time availability aligned with EST timezone
  • Located in Latin America
