Role Overview

7-Figure Educator® is seeking a CRM Marketing & Automation Specialist to execute high-performing marketing campaigns and lead management workflows within our GoHighLevel CRM platform. This hands-on role translates marketing strategy into technical builds that support lead generation, nurture sequences, and sales pipeline optimization.

As a primarily tactical position, you'll focus on marketing automation, campaign deployment, CRM pipeline management, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with our Manager of Marketing & Content Strategy and collaborate across all functions to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that support Black educators in building six and seven-figure education consulting businesses.

This role offers the opportunity to directly impact lead conversion and sales efficiency through strategic automation builds, while working in a mission-driven environment focused on equity and supporting Black educator wealth-building.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain funnels, workflows, and automations inside GoHighLevel
Configure forms, schedulers, landing pages, triggers, campaigns, and pipeline stages
Implement email and SMS campaigns using provided strategy, messaging, and assets
Set up lead routing, tagging, segmentation, and scoring to support marketing and sales efforts
Manage CRM components of top-of-funnel marketing campaigns and lead flow optimization
Build and maintain sales pipelines that reflect the company's sales process
Track and report on campaign performance including opens, clicks, conversions, and lead movement
Maintain CRM data hygiene including tag accuracy and contact card updates
Support execution of product launches and promotional campaigns
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting views for performance tracking

Requirements

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building and managing CRM or marketing automation systems
Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel and GHL SaaS configurator (required)
Experience executing email and/or SMS marketing campaigns within a CRM
Knowledge of A2P compliance requirements
Strong understanding of automation workflows, triggers, and pipeline management
Excellent communication skills across multiple departments
Ability to translate marketing plans into technical builds
Strong QA and troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Experience supporting lead generation and product launch campaigns

Nice to Have

Experience with ClickUp project management platform
Familiarity with marketing analytics and conversion tracking
Experience integrating third-party tools via native integrations, Zapier, or webhooks
Background in education or consulting industries
