Role Overview

Join Harris Computer as a Marketing and Sales Automation Administrator and drive the strategic integration of AI-powered marketing and sales solutions across our organization. This role combines traditional marketing campaign management with cutting-edge AI implementation to scale our marketing capabilities and support a large addressable market efficiently.

You'll orchestrate comprehensive marketing campaigns, implement AI-driven sales development resources, and leverage automation tools to transform how our marketing team operates. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption in marketing, working with both internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across all channels
Design, execute, and oversee AI sales development resources including email and telephone agents
Implement and evaluate AI tools throughout the marketing lifecycle from content creation to reporting
Monitor and analyze website and social media traffic and user engagement metrics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create blog posts and social media content
Manage social media accounts including content scheduling and community engagement
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
Create and maintain marketing/communications strategy and budgets
Apply AI to extract insights from campaign and industry data for strategic decision-making
Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and project documentation

Requirements

Experience with CRM systems and marketing campaign management
Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms for marketing applications
Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and ROI calculations
Experience with digital marketing including SEO, social media management, and content creation
Proficiency in website analytics and user engagement metrics
Event coordination and trade show management experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Experience with budget management and financial tracking

Background in B2B marketing for software or technology companies
