Role Overview

Join CORSAIR as a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on AI & Automation for our Amazon Global account. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, artificial intelligence, and process optimization, where you'll transform how our global account team operates through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

You'll partner with global account leadership to identify workflow inefficiencies and design cutting-edge solutions that leverage AI to enhance account planning, forecasting, and customer insights. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced environment while working with emerging AI technologies that directly impact commercial success.

As a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology functions, you'll lead the implementation of AI-powered tools and automated workflows that allow our account teams to focus on high-value strategic activities rather than repetitive administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global account leadership to identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Design and optimize sales processes to increase productivity and account growth
  • Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and training to support new tools and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into account planning, forecasting, reporting, pricing analysis, and customer insights
  • Implement and manage AI-powered tools that improve data visibility, response times, and strategic insight
  • Automate repetitive administrative and reporting tasks
  • Evaluate emerging AI solutions and recommend practical applications for the global account
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology functions
  • Improve reporting frameworks and dashboard visibility for executive-level reviews
  • Lead change management initiatives related to new tools and workflow improvements
