Role Overview

Join a specialized executive search firm focused on senior and executive-level placements within Web3, blockchain, crypto, and private capital as their Senior Lead Generation Manager. You'll build their outbound engine from the ground up, creating a structured, predictable flow of qualified client conversations to complement the founder's existing network and industry reputation.

This is a strategic role where you'll design the lead generation approach, test outreach methods, and gradually build a repeatable system that supports long-term growth. You'll focus on quality and sustainability rather than volume, working as a true strategic partner in shaping the firm's outbound growth engine from day one.

Responsibilities

Build outbound lead generation engine from the ground up
Design and implement strategic lead generation approaches
Test and optimize various outreach methods
Create structured, predictable flow of qualified client conversations
Develop repeatable systems that support long-term growth
Focus on quality lead generation over volume metrics
Partner strategically in shaping the firm's outbound growth engine

Requirements

Senior-level experience in lead generation management
Experience in finance, Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries
Proven track record building outbound systems from scratch
Strategic thinking and systematic approach to lead generation
Ability to work during CET hours
Available for immediate start
Independent contractor experience preferred
