Role Overview

Loop Global is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and execute a consistent outbound motion for our EV infrastructure platform. This role offers true ownership and the opportunity to shape our outbound strategy from the ground up, rather than simply executing existing processes.

You'll work directly with leadership to generate qualified opportunities across key verticals including multifamily, developers, retail, and hospitality. This position is ideal for an experienced SDR who wants more ownership, better exposure to leadership, and a faster path to career growth in the rapidly expanding EV infrastructure market.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn channels
  • Build and prioritize target account lists across key verticals (multifamily, developers, retail, hospitality)
  • Generate qualified opportunities and book meetings for senior sales and leadership
  • Write and test outbound messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Work closely with leadership to refine ICP, targeting, and outreach strategy

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with high activity levels and consistent follow-up
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to take ownership
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar
