Role Overview

Join Kompetenza as a Digital Lead Generation Manager and build a cutting-edge lead generation engine from the ground up. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement scalable multi-channel lead acquisition strategies across multiple territories, leveraging advanced AI-driven solutions, marketing automation, and digital marketing techniques.

You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies including Salesforce CRM, AI-powered lead generation platforms, and marketing automation tools to create a comprehensive digital infrastructure for customer acquisition. This hands-on position combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, allowing you to design and optimize lead generation systems that drive measurable business growth.

As part of our dynamic marketing and sales team, you'll collaborate closely with sales professionals and content creators to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals while implementing innovative Account-Based Marketing strategies for high-value clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform
  • Proven experience with AI-powered lead generation platforms
  • Strong background in marketing automation tools
  • Experience developing multi-channel lead acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing techniques and channels
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams

  • Experience building lead generation systems from scratch
  • Multi-territory or international marketing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms
