AI Automation Developer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance DAISY, the internal AI system combining chatbot functionality, workflows, and tool integrations
• Work with Microsoft's AI suite including Copilot Studio, Foundry, and SharePoint knowledge agents
• Prototype innovative AI solutions for legal and business applications
• Collaborate with teams across Europe to implement transformative AI use cases
• Partner with lawyers and business professionals to create new AI functionalities
• Drive efficiency and innovation across EMEA operations through AI automation
• Stay current with AI developments to inform strategic direction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies
• Very good knowledge of AI and experience in engineering AI solutions (workflows, RAGs, prompting, parameters, models, context)
• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions (Microsoft AI tools preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to develop AI-driven solutions to solve business problems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to communicate across tech and business teams
