Role Overview

Join TripleTen as a Part-time Instructor to teach working professionals how to leverage AI automation and transform their workflows without coding. You'll facilitate engaging live sessions and provide 1-on-1 mentorship to help business specialists from operations, marketing, HR, finance, and project management automate repetitive tasks and build scalable AI-powered workflows.

Working with prepared course materials, you'll guide participants through practical projects ranging from building AI-powered workflows to integrating APIs and RPA solutions. This role offers the opportunity to help professionals across diverse industries streamline their processes and integrate AI responsibly into their daily work through hands-on, practical guidance.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging live sessions and workshops focused on applied AI automation
Guide participants through practical projects from building AI-powered workflows to integrating APIs and RPA solutions
Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to help learners apply automation in their business contexts
Collaborate with the course team to refine content and ensure pedagogical consistency
Facilitate various session formats including workshops and live demonstrations
Help learners evaluate automation tools and design workflow architectures
Support students in integrating AI responsibly into their professional workflows

Requirements

Proven experience in AI automation and workflow design with practical application
Hands-on experience with automation tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate
Proficiency with AI platforms: ChatGPT, Llama, OpenAI API, Copilot
Experience with visualization and productivity tools: Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace
Knowledge of RPA platforms: UiPath (Web/Studio) or similar
Solid understanding of AI integration principles including APIs, webhooks, data handling, and model outputs
Experience applying automation in real business environments (operations, marketing, analytics, or product functions)
Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation
Excellent communication and teaching skills with ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
Prior experience conducting workshops, webinars, or corporate training sessions
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and ability to teach in an international setting
Availability to work within European time zones
