Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Producer, Marketing AI & Automation to bring production craft to an ambitious challenge: building and scaling a marketing function with the speed, consistency, and quality that a growing global platform demands. This is a unique producer role where your primary methodology is AI and automation rather than traditional project management frameworks.

You'll focus on two core mandates: managing the production pipeline for Xsolla Mall's co-branded page model that allows games, payment partners, creators, and brands to come together in a high-conversion marketplace experience, and optimizing marketing operations across XPN, Lightstream, and Mall through intelligent automation and workflow efficiency improvements.

This role is perfect for someone who has built production pipelines that scale through intelligent automation and deployed agentic workflows that run reliably in production environments.

Responsibilities

Manage production pipeline for Xsolla Mall's co-branded page model
Build and scale marketing functions using AI and automation methodologies
Optimize marketing operations across XPN, Lightstream, and Mall platforms
Develop intelligent automation and workflow efficiency improvements
Deploy and maintain agentic workflows in production environments
Create high-conversion marketplace experiences for games, payment partners, creators, and brands
Scale production pipelines through intelligent automation
Ensure speed, consistency, and quality in global platform marketing operations

Requirements

Proven experience building production pipelines that scale through intelligent automation
Experience deploying agentic workflows in production environments
Strong background in AI and automation methodologies for production management
Experience with marketing operations optimization
Track record of scaling marketing functions for global platforms
Experience working with marketplace or e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of workflow efficiency improvements

Nice to Have

Experience with gaming industry marketing
Knowledge of payment partner integrations
