Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound growth efforts targeting civil engineering firms across the United States. This role focuses on researching, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales conversations.

You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by executing targeted outreach campaigns and setting meetings with decision-makers in the civil engineering and land development industry.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in civil engineering firms across the United States
Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects
Qualify potential clients to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales conversations
Set meetings with decision-makers in the civil engineering and land development industry
Drive new business opportunities through strategic lead generation efforts
Maintain and manage prospect databases and outreach activities

Requirements

Fully fluent English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
Strong understanding of B2B sales and prospecting processes
Ability to conduct targeted research and identify qualified prospects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based clients
