Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for building and qualifying a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through outbound prospecting. This role focuses on research, list building, and multi-channel outreach—primarily via LinkedIn and email—to connect with decision-makers and generate sales-ready opportunities.

You will own the lead generation process from prospect identification through initial qualification, working closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Your work directly drives pipeline health and revenue outcomes by ensuring sales teams consistently engage with qualified prospects through strong research, thoughtful personalization, and disciplined follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through outbound prospecting
  • Conduct research and list building to identify target prospects
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
  • Connect with decision-makers to generate sales-ready opportunities
  • Own lead generation process from prospect identification through initial qualification
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Optimize response rates through data-driven approach
  • Maintain disciplined follow-through on all outreach activities
  • Create predictable pipeline momentum through consistent execution

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Strong prospect research and list-building skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach with consistency and quality
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency with email tools (Gmail or Outlook) and Google Sheets/Excel
