Role Overview

Livefront is seeking a Vice President of AI & Automation to join our leadership team in a senior role that combines technical expertise with practice building and go-to-market leadership. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI consulting and product delivery at a firm known for excellence, working with high-impact clients including Target, Samsung, General Mills, and Optum.

As VP of AI & Automation, you'll be responsible for building and leading Livefront's AI practice while driving internal transformation and market-facing offerings. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge in modern AI systems, strategic vision for market direction, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling client outcomes.

You'll work in a collaborative, pragmatic environment with the opportunity to influence how the entire organization evolves in an AI-native world, working on products that reach millions of people while teaching, mentoring, and leading in a culture that values craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Build and lead Livefront's AI practice from the ground up
Drive internal transformation initiatives across the organization
Develop and execute market-facing AI offerings and solutions
Translate complex AI concepts into compelling client outcomes
Provide strategic vision for AI market direction and opportunities
Lead go-to-market initiatives for AI and automation services
Mentor and teach team members in AI technologies and practices
Influence organizational evolution toward AI-native operations
Collaborate with leadership team on strategic initiatives

Requirements

Deep technical knowledge in modern AI systems
Proven experience in practice building and leadership
Strong go-to-market and business development experience
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Strategic vision for AI market trends and opportunities
Experience working with enterprise clients
Strong mentoring and teaching capabilities
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
