Role Overview

IBMC is seeking a highly experienced Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team focused on the financial and prop trading industry. This is a specialized role that goes far beyond traditional lead generation, requiring deep industry knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.

In the prop trading space, over 99% of firm owners and decision-makers operate behind the scenes without public LinkedIn profiles or social media presence. Your mission will be to design and execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies that successfully connect with these hard-to-reach decision-makers despite these unique challenges.

This is a high-impact role offering real ownership over outreach strategy within a fast-growing tech company that's deeply embedded in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced outreach strategies tailored specifically to the prop trading industry
  • Identify and reach prop firm owners, founders, and key decision-makers who are not publicly visible
  • Create multi-channel strategies using LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, private communities, referrals, and databases
  • Research and map the prop trading ecosystem to uncover real contacts
  • Personalize outreach messages to maximize response and conversion rates
  • Track outreach performance and response rates, continuously optimizing strategies
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to qualify and hand over high-quality leads

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outreach and lead generation within prop trading, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of the prop firm business model and its unique challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to reach hard-to-access decision-makers
  • Creative, strategic thinking with ability to move beyond standard templates or mass outreach
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented approach
