Role Overview

Join a world-leading digital infrastructure company as a Pre-Sales Lead Generation Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline by connecting with senior technology and business leaders. This remote-first position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge multi-cloud services and high-performance data center solutions.

You'll be engaging with C-level executives, IT Directors, and other senior stakeholders to identify their infrastructure challenges and requirements. This role combines consultative selling with relationship building, as you'll be introducing innovative digital infrastructure solutions and scheduling qualified appointments for specialist sales teams.

The position offers excellent growth potential within pre-sales and sales functions, with comprehensive training provided on multi-cloud and data center services. You'll work in a supportive, multicultural environment with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calling to CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders
  • Execute multiple campaigns promoting multi-cloud services and high-performance data centers
  • Introduce the company and reference relevant interactions to warm up conversations
  • Ask profiling questions to understand current infrastructure, business challenges, and sustainability goals
  • Capture accurate conversation notes including pain points and opportunities in CRM
  • Secure qualified appointments for senior sales teams with agreed meeting dates
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure data quality on all leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment

Requirements

  • Previous B2B experience liaising with senior decision makers (C-level preferred)
  • Confident, consultative and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with comfort making high volume outbound calls
  • Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover needs and qualify opportunities
  • Organized with ability to manage time efficiently across multiple campaigns
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in the UK
