Role Overview

Join a fast-moving consulting and implementation agency as an Implementation Consultant, where you'll deploy cutting-edge technology solutions for US law firms. This role combines 75% hands-on system design and implementation with 25% operational analysis and client consulting, allowing you to showcase your technical skills while solving complex operational challenges.

You'll work across five key technical areas: CRM systems, case/project management platforms, data analytics, automation workflows, and AI implementations. As part of an elite team of technical problem-solvers, you'll walk into struggling firms, identify operational bottlenecks, and build solutions that unlock significant revenue potential for clients.

This is an opportunity to work with best-in-class platforms in a tool-agnostic environment, managing 1-4 client engagements simultaneously with full ownership of implementations. Each engagement typically lasts 6+ months, allowing you to drive meaningful, measurable impact for law firm operations.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure CRM systems, project management platforms, and automation workflows
Build analytics dashboards and data pipelines for real-time business insights
Design and implement AI solutions and lead client training sessions
Conduct operational analysis to identify business bottlenecks and technical solutions
Gather requirements autonomously and present solutions to client teams
Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout engagements
Own full implementation lifecycle for 1-4 concurrent client projects
Standardize and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency
Create smart document templates and complex automation workflows
Train client staff on new systems and drive adoption of deployed solutions

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in similar technical implementation roles
Proven track record deploying CRMs, project management systems, or automation tools
Client-ready communication skills with ability to present to executives
Systems thinking approach connecting technical solutions to business outcomes
Professional English fluency (B2 level minimum)
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and tools
Ownership mentality with ability to work autonomously
Strong attention to detail and builder mentality
Availability for client meetings during US business hours
Curiosity and ability to learn new tools quickly

Nice to Have

Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
