Role Overview

Join HCO Behavioral Health as a Social Media & Growth Marketing Partner in a unique performance-driven opportunity that combines content creation, digital marketing, and lead generation for behavioral health services. You'll work with an established behavioral health organization and a fast-growing telehealth platform to expand access to mental health services nationwide.

This entrepreneurial role offers the chance to directly impact revenue growth through strategic social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns. You'll have the autonomy to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies while building innovative, scalable systems for healthcare delivery in the mental health space.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
Develop short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and video ads
Design graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns
Build and manage comprehensive content calendars
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms
Collaborate on building landing pages and conversion funnels
Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services
Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI performance
Track performance metrics and campaign results
Identify new opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
Expertise in video production and short-form content development
Strong background in paid advertising strategy and execution
Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization
Proficiency in graphic design and visual asset creation
Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Experience with landing page development and funnel optimization
Comfortable with performance-based compensation structure
